ALL ITEMS SHIP WITHIN 2 WEEKS FROM ORDER DATE
US SHIPMENTS
We currently ship all orders via USPS Priority with tracking. A confirmation email and tracking number will be provided upon shipping. When placing an order please keep in mind that your billing and shipping address must match. We do not ship to unconfirmed addresses. We do NOT currently provide international shipping.
RETURNS
Item must not be used, damaged, nor altered. Must be returned with original tags, boxing, and copy of invoice. All Sale/Promotional items are FINAL. Please return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. No return or exchange request will be honored after 7 days NO EXCEPTIONS. You will receive the refund or exchange once the item(s) has arrived back to our studio.
Return must be postmarked within 7 business days of receipt and provide tracking information to insure delivery.
